With 20 years of plumbing experience, Mike Pascua is in an enviable business position. His initiative and foresight helped guide him to business success. At the urging of clients, family, and co-workers – who encouraged him when they witnessed his professionalism – his perseverance and vision paid off in June of 2017 when he created Pearl Flo Plumbing, LLC, a Native Hawaiian-owned company in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Mike is a well-known and highly-respected industry professional. He has worked in a variety of plumbing industry capacities, including in Kona, Maui, and Oahu, as well as San Francisco. It was on Oahu where he honed his plumbing craft. Mike, who had a natural aptitude, was drawn to pursue a plumbing specialty in high school because his father was master plumber – but he also saw a tremendous need in the Hawaii plumbing market. Mike is a Specialty Contractor with a C-37 Plumbing Contractor license. While he worked on many large plumbing projects, Mike’s sideline was operating under a handyman GE license on construction projects for residential homeowners valued at a $1,000.00 or less.

Pearl Flo Plumbing’s experts provide full-services, from residential and commercial plumbing to pipe rehabilitation projects. Their services include: home inspections; kitchens and baths; and remodel, refurbish or replace all plumbing, fixtures, pipes, including any pipe leaks. While Pearl Flo Plumbing’s primary work area is Hawaii Kai to Honolulu, the company can service the entire island of Oahu.
